What is your question?
I drove the car and all was well. But a week and a half later I got in to drive and it started up ok, but all the dash lights were on, such as brakes, airbags, alt etc., I called BMW and was told I needed to drive it, because its cold and is most likely the battery. i drive for 30 minutes but nothing happened. I haven't had this battery 2 years and never drive far. what could it be. I love my car.

short trips are bad for cars. When all the lights are coming on at once, the computers that control the vehicle systems may be seeking calibration and data from sensors and controllers on the vehicle. Take a drive, a long one. 30 miles is decent, but give it time at highway speeds and see how it fares. The fact that you didn't mention any performance issues makes me think that is all it needs.
Hello and thank you for responding. The only performance issue is it's hard steering as if i'm losing power steering and hardly no power to drive, but once I get going I'm good until I get to a stop light and the same thing happens again. On the highway I'm good, but I feel the difference in the breaking. I will take it for an hour highway drive tomorrow morning. This morning I called triple A and the tech came out and checked my battery, alt etc., and printed me a ticket. It stated, the battery good, starter test good, but the charging system is high voltage. He said, my computer need resetting. I am going to drive it like you said and hope those lights go out. Thank you!
