Which extended warranty companies have the best reputation for paying claims?

I will be taking delivery of a brand new 2022 BMW 750i with the notorious N63 motor, which has been the subject of at least 2 class action lawsuits. Common issues for this motor include excessive oil consumption, stretched timing chain, leaking valve stem seals, high pressure fuel injector failure, battery discharge issues. This is on top of the typical oil leaks that BMWs seem to develop. BMW has updated this engine a few times and I suspect the motor in my vehicle will be more reliable than earlier versions. However, I still plan on purchasing a 7 year extended warranty. With so many options and so little transparency in the industry, it's hard to determine which plans offer not only the most comprehensive coverage, but have a strong claims paying reputation. So I ask all you mechanics out there: Which warranty companies consistently and fairly deliver on their promise?
