Where can I find some one in El Sobrante to repair the leak?

We're too far unless you are in the Vallejo area very soon. I would take it back to the oil change establishment and have them take a look at it. The oil leak may be coming from the filter gasket or even the oil drain plug. If you lose enough oil you'll be buying an engine.
