Have you checked the motor mounts or the drive shaft flex joint?

the car shake when it goesover 40miles

Prstige Autoworks is correct. I believe that instead of a U-joint from transmission to driveshaft there is a rubber disc w/metal sleeves imbedded. The joint is failing.
