Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! The part you're referring to is the high pressure fuel pump flange and if I'm correct, it's part of the cylinder head on this engine. That's the not so great news. Unfortunately since it's integrated into the head it cannot be replaced as a standalone part which means if the threads are damaged from the broken bolts the cylinder head itself becomes the conversation. However before going down that road it's worth having a machine shop evaluate whether the broken bolts can be extracted and the threads repaired or helicoiled since that could save you from a much more expensive repair. This is definitely a job for an experienced BMW specialist. Visit RepairPal.com to find a trusted shop in your area!
