Start car and here winning noise . Start going down the street and still hearing the noise. It's when I push the gas pedal and give it gas. So the whole time I'm going its there

Hello, This is likely one of your accessory systems, and most likely the power steering pump. Check the power steering fluid reservoir to ensure it is full, and listen for the sound to change when you turn the steering wheel. Especially when turning. That being said, there are several other items that can cause whining when under throttle, and those range from torque converter or transmission input shaft bearings to differentials, to a vibration that causes a tone.
