Ignition malfunction on dash won’t crank stuck in park

Was accelerating when car quit running. Cannot get car to go into neutral. When trying to start it acts like there’s not enough battery power to turn it over to crank and now there’s ignition malfunction do not turn off dash light warning. All the lights, A/C, power windows, door locks etc are ate on and working normally
What makes this problem better or worse?
There was only occasional hesitation when accelerating

Hello, have you checked the battery state of charge and ability to sustain a load?
If the battery tests good have you checked the engine to ensure it still turns manually? If the engine was seized for some unknown reason, it certainly would not crank over.
Hands on testing is needed - to check the above, then also check for the presence of diagnostic trouble codes which could provide additional clues as to problems present.
