hearing fan like noise after car is turned off. Any Ideas what it could be? Parked car ventilation is off

Something is running in the car after the car is turned off. Even after fully exiting the car. It sounds like a low fan noise. Checked the Parked car ventilation setting they are off. Also checked the fan option is off after car is turned off. Whatever it is it's drawing the battery down to the point the battery is dying.
