car shift from drive to park or reverse to park 2019 BMW 440i

4 times since i bought my car new i put it in drive and within 2 seconds it shifts back to park after trying to put it in drive several times with the same results i try putting it in reverse same thing happens. Usually after about 20 trys it will stay in gear the dealer says there are no error codes and cant help me. the last 2 times it happened when the car was moving or backing out of the driveway. The car is a 2019 BMW 440i
