Why my air conditioner not cold like it was a few days ago?

I'm not hearing anything. I recently noticed that my ac is working but it's not blowing out cold air.

What makes this problem better or worse?

When traveling a long distance it’s not blowing out cold air.

How long has your 2015 BMW 428i Gran Coupe had this problem?
