what would cause ticking when only in drive?

What is your question?

I have been doing some research and I can't seem to find anything about a ticking only in gear. There is no out of the ordinary sound,(constant ticking like lifters,vanos,etc.) I'm curious if it has anything to do with the drive shaft bearing. Thanks in advance
