Car radio wont come on and it says phone.

What is your question?

It will not change from phone to let me enter the radio code. It worked fine the day before and when I started the car the next day it would not come on except for the Phone display. We have disconnected the Battery for several hrs for it to reset but had no luck with it. Is it shot?
