1996 BMW 328is code p0133

What is your question?

I have a1996 BMW 328is and its tossing this code could it be because I have a after market exhaust system! ? Its only a axle back exhaust but the tube that was connected to the old exhaust system right by the back of the car (I believe its the charcole ) well that is any hooked up could this be the problem ?
