BMW 328i xDr 2013 55000 km bought Jan. 2017 Message "Drivetrain malfunction" drive moderately maximum drivetrain output not available. ( warranty expired Oct. 2017 Car is trembling when driving and when starting; does not allow me to reach a higher speed when driving,slowing itself down. Is this a recall? Many Internet forums with similar problems for that year.
What makes this problem better or worse?

First thing first you need to get the car diagnosed and from what it sounds you shouldn't drive it anymore. It needs to be towed. I didn't find recalls on this but there has been engine issues that can cause a drivetrain malfunction. Either way be safe don't drive it and here is a link to find a shop near you. Also, you may want to contact BMW Usw since you are not too far out of warranty. They may be willing to help you out if you bring it to a dealer.https://repairpal.com/repair-shops. Alex
