Why radiator fun cant stop running after key off.And my CD player goes off when starting the car and come on after i drive for a few minutes. What can i do to make my radiator fun function well.?

it's a fan; not fun. you may have an internal issue in the electrical part of your ignition switch. both of these items should have power only when the key is in the "run" position.
