Wont go into reverse.
What is your question?
Havent been having gear problems until this morning in just wont go into reverse. The 1,2,3,4 &5th gears are fine. Could it be a sim0le linkage problem? Guess I'll drive it up on my racks and take a look.

If it grinds instead of going into reverse, the clutch could be failing, not releasing the clutch properly and therefore won't go into reverse.

It isnt grinding and found out that the wife had the same problem 3 yrs ago, before marriaqge, and it was linkage and D & A auto (napa affiliated) here in Tuycumcari, NM repaired it for free, said naw no charge to her, it only took 15 mins ! So am gonna take it to them again. They do all the work and maint on our 3 vehicles anyway. tytyty again.
