audi top won't open

What is your question?

I have 2009 Audi TTS, the soft top won't open. It had issues twice, the last time with replacing of one hydraulic motor. Both times (when got fixed) the roof unlatched, and jus won't go down. And this time, the roof won't unlatch, sent the garage I used, they told me might be motor is bad, because there is power to the motor. My question is if the motor is bad, why the roof won't unlatch at all. BTW, last two times were fixed under the warranty. Possible issues somewhere else? The car is 9 years old, last time soft top used was July, and all went up and down fine...

What makes this problem better or worse?
