What is your question?
I just changed the timing belt with water pump and serpentine belt. I just bought the car but had no clue as whrn the last time it was changed. Could it be low coolant sensor? When the car has been running long enough to warm up and can turn it off restart it and i hear no beeps.

This is indeed a low coolant warning. If you look on the dash, you should see a low coolant icon flashing as the vehicle beeps. It doesn't do it when the car is warmed up because the coolant system has expanded/thermostat has opened, possibly filling the reservoir enough to prevent the warning from triggering. With all that being said, the car could be full of coolant and just have a faulty level sensor. Hope this helps!
