Hello my car won't start battery died due to lights being on, charged battery alarm system had to be reset now car won't start

The Alarm wouldn't stop going off till it was reset by locking all doors and trunk, also manually locking the driver side door When the black negative cable is connected to batt. The car comes on by itself then shuts down the key keeps getting stuck in ignition
