Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. It sounds like you've made efforts to support the ignition system by replacing coils and plugs. However, there is more to the story for a misfire. Fuel delivery is a possible concern, and base engine issues could be present. I'm guessing you could have an issue with the valve train of the cylinder head. Sometimes carbon build up can cause cylinders to not work properly due to the fuel delivery system of the vehicle. It's a guess, but it's consistent with other vehicles I've observed in the past. I'd recommend having the engine compression test performed and cylinder leak down test. A test of fuel injectors should be performed also. It's beyond the point of "replacing parts" - you'll need to get some testing performed to find out where to go next. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me Click the link or call us at 877-913-1554.
