Answered when asked earlier; basically that - what are you using to measure the temperature? It could be slightly off. And, considering that 99 Celsius is about 210 Fahrenheit -- and the thermostat opens at about 195 -- and you could be off maybe 5 degrees Celsius, for example -- it seems OK to me. Are you experiencing issues?
