Hello, Unfortunately, the cost will depend on the price point the shop can achieve when sourcing your part. There may or may not be aftermarket parts for the replacement of the factory gears, which would save you a 'boat-load' of cash. Call around, see if the shops can get this done cheaper than the dealer, or look into replacing the MMI with aftermarket units.
