Internal Computer Shows that Tire Air Pressure is not between 38-42 Lbs.

What is your question?

I pumped 38 Lbs. in Front Tires and 42 Lbs in Rear Tires, and waited 1 Hr. to register to load in to Computer. Than switched to accept the Information for over a 1/2 Hr., BUT the "small" Indicator in the Odometer are still stays on and every time I start the Engine it BE-e-e-Ps and does not go away.
