What is your question?
At highway speeds there is no apparent loss of cooling, but at stops or slow speeds there is a definite reduction or loss of cold air. What seems to make the problem better or worse? Highway speeds appears to elliminate the problem. How long have you had this problem? About six months

I am thinking of two possible causes / contributors to weak performance at slow speeds or stops: 1) Condenser fan fails to operate properly. If the condenser fan is not working right, the refrigerant will not properly cool prior to getting back to the compressor, resulting in poor performance. When you are driving at freeway speeds, air flow is sufficient in place of the condenser fan operation. 2) A lower than required amount of refrigerant is present in the system. If the system is low, it will perform even weaker than needed at low engine speeds, such as when stopped or driving slowly. Nonetheless, having the vehicle checked by a technician is really the best way to find out what's going on.
