Everytime im driving and press the brakes my car stop

Are there any warning lights that come on? ABS, Brake or Traction Control? I would highly recommend you take your vehicle to a qualified Certified Service Facility because it does NOT seem to safe to drive in its present condition. All the best.

I would not continue to drive the vehicle in its current condition, because doing so may cause further damage. I am not too sure off hand what the issue is, but from what you are describing it sounds like it could be a brake or abs relate issue.
