i cant get the wheels off to change the brakes?

Do you have the lugnuts off or is that the issue? Try some PB blaster on the center hub to help break it free. Then you can try hitting it at 3 and 9 o'clock positions. If still won't loosen and come off, a 3 jaw puller (large size) will do the trick. Some people have loosened the lug nuts and lowered the vehicle back to the ground and raised it back up to break it free. Good luck.
