What is your question?
I found out that my timing chain jumped a few teeth. The line uP of both sides are as if you're looking at one hand of the clock at 11 and the other at 4. Im low on funds and saw on Amazon as well as ebay cheap kits but from unbranded names as well as from Machter, ECCP, and well some help there would be appreciated as well?? And what tools do I need?? As well as any assistance with tools I have at my house that don't cost an arm and a leg to hold the tensioner and shafts as I replace the chain if need be.

Hello, this is not a do it yourself repair! Unless you are fully equipped with tools and a shop environment, you do not want to be "trying" to do this repair. Additionally, if your timing chain jumped a few teeth, have you verified that the pistons have not been damaged from impacting the valves? When you ask "what tools do I need??" - respectfully - it is clearly beyond your abilities to successfully do this repair - if it's even possible in the first place.
