What's wrong with my heater??

Okay so my ac works amazing but my heater doesn't like too blow hot at all some times it will be like luke warm.. but it can never warm my car up.. I don't get it I freeze going to work.. even if the car has been running for a few hours it still won't blow hot air.. It's a 2008 a4 2.0 turbo it has 124 thousand miles on it..

1st, check the coolant/antifreeze level when it's cold. it must be full to get proper heat.
