dash lights flickering when switch off ignition 2008 Audi A4 2.0T

When I start or switch ignition to accessory than switch to off position leaving key in switch the dashboard light flicker and hear relay clicking. I remove key from ignition switch and dashboard light turn off. I checked and cleaned positive/negative battery terminals. I replaced the ignition switch behind the key lock set, did not fixed the problem. I checked and cleaned several ground points in the engine compartment. Problem still exist. I read that possible that a relay is faulty or going bad.
