Audi a4 b7 2.0t. Removing my intake manifold/fuel rail but I can't get it out. I have all the mount bolts and screws off, all hoses, electrical connectors, and fuel lines are dissconnected. When I pull on it I can see it separating about a 1/4 inch but it feels stuck in the middle. I'm scared I might break it. Any suggestions on how to remove this?

Yes, there are two bolts underneath that you may have missed. One connects a support from the engine block to the intake. It is a 5mm triple square bolt (i think), and is easiest to get to with the vehicle in 'service mode'. Google that. If you only remove the nut from the support rod, the bolt is far too long to get out of the bolt hole on the rod. You HAVE to remove the triple square bolt from the rod to engine block, or you may be replacing a lot more. The other is the dipstick tube. It bolts to the intake manifold, and will surely stop it from moving. I like to put the vehicle in service mode to accomplish the repair, but, if I am in a hurry, I will remove the throttle body first (replace gasket), and then there is MUCH MORE room to work. The support beam is in the center, and if I remember correctly there are a total of 9 bolts/nuts securing the intake manifold flange to the head. You will break it if you pull on it. If you choose to clean the intake valves while the cover is off, do NOT let liquid drain into the cylinders... you will destroy the turbo manifold, which will leave your wastegate housing cracked and leaking.
