Acts like not getting fuel. checked fuel filter nothing wrong. what could be causing this? Thank you.

That symptom can be caused by multiple issues all the way from a fuel pump, computer, wiring harness and on and on. I would recommmend getting the vehicle diagnosed to pinpoint the issue. When you say you checked the fuel filter, what did you do exactly? Did you check fuel pressure with a gauge at the filter?
