Start simple- check the coolant level in the radiator and the overflow tank. If both are at the proper levels, have your car checked for sensor issues.

Most likely your coolant level is low, you may want to check for a slight leak. In the meantime just top it off and monitor for a few days. If the light does come back on give us a call and we will check out for you at N/C. Hope that helps.
