Gas smell inside vehicle and found gas under hood on top of motor on manifold so you replaced fuel rail, injectors and o rings and car ran good for a day and next morning hard starting and never started hard before and gas leak was back. What to do now??

Did you replace the o-rings on the injectors for new ones, lube them with gasoline, and ensure proper installation and torque on the fasteners? Also, did you inspect the fuel lines for leakage where they bolt to the fuel rail? The metal washers (if equipped) must be replaced when removed. They may seal at first, but they will fail quickly.
Yes new o rings replaced old ones, I also used gasoline and Lucas upper cylinder head lubricant. Audi has clips and used old ones cuz they didn't come with the new fuel rail and injectors. Doesn't bolt to fuel rail on the audi and no washers are required. Is it possible that the fuel filter needs to be replaced?
Which engine is this? 1.8T?
