What does "start program malfunction" mean

What is your question?

Suddenly appeared on my 2016 A3 2.0T quattro. It starts and runs, but beeps every few seconds. It occurred immediately after getting tires balanced and rotated and a 4 wheel alignment at a Tire Kingdom store. What does it mean and how can I fix it? Thanks.

Hi, maybe someone else will chime in, but I'd probably consult your owners guide or contact your local Audi dealership to get some clarity on this. I can't imagine maintenance service like tire and alignment service would cause a problem.
