What is your question?
At 24 below F, I tried to start the car. It turned over fine. After 8-10 seconds, I stopped, let out the clutch (which reacted really slow)and tried again. This time nothing happened. I had lights, radio ect, but nothing turned over when I turned the ignition. It almost seemed like a safety switch may have stuck or something from the cold. After a couple days when the weather was warmer, I tried again, and still nothing. Any ideas?

Does it turn over when you push in the clutch? Because you said that it did the first time. Also check to make sure that you have at least 12.6 volts at your battery terminals, headlights coming on is not really a conclusive sign that the battery is really ready to crank a car over, especially in the cold.
No. I had nothing when I pushed in the clutch. When that happened, I tried to jump it and still had nothing.
