There does not appear to be a transmission fluid dip-stick. How do you check and add transmission fluid

Acura say there is no real need to change the transmission oil unless the truck is being used under extreme circumstances. There is a large drain plug toward the center bottom of the transmission oil pan. At the driver's side front of the transmission oil pan there is a smaller bolt head (Acura call it an over fill plug) with the engine running and the transmission fluid at a temperature of 90 to 135 degrees F when his plug is opened fluid should just dribble out of this hole, if not the fluid needs to be topped up through this hole using a syringe or filling tool.The transmission takes Dexron fluid.
