What is your question?
Purchased this car Nov 2016 for my son. Everything worked fine. Car has 35K miles on it. Last night I used the car and noticed the fog light switch DID turn on the fog lights, however the green indicator on the switch didn't light. I cycled the switch a few times and the light came on. When I reached my destination I turned the car off. When returning to and starting the car, the lighted switch didnt' light again (but the fig lights came on). Cycling the switch didnt' make the green indicator lights come on this or any other time since it worked that one time.

It is just a bad switch. Swap that out and you SHOULD be fine, but there is a possibility that there is loose wiring at the connector (Very slim chance).
Hello Casey, Thank you so much for the reply. Can you give a tip with how to remove the switch? I'm actually surprised this would happen with a car having only 35K miles on the clock, however it did sit for a bunch of years without being run. Thanks in advance! Jeff
Hey Jeff, The small panel that has the mirror, fog light, sunroof button etc, comes out with a pry tool and the rest is simple. Just be gentle and if you are using a thin screwdriver, cover the end with some kind of paper or slick plastic tape. This will keep you from marring the surface and leave you with professional results.
Thank you Casey,. I had suspected that. I did some more research and so.eone mentioned removing the fuse panel cover as well a panel under the steering wheel, then reaching up and popping that light switch cover from the inside, thereby not needing to risk damaging the dash surface from the outside by prying. I will try this method to see if I have some success. I appreciate your feedback! Jeff
