My driver's side window will not work, but the mirror control works.

It may be a bad window regulator motor or a broken cable on the window slide. Either way you have to remove the door covering on the inside of the car along with the plastic covering to access the regulator motor. You must be able to use a Volt ohm meter to see if you are getting power to the mother. If you are getting power to it and it does not function the motor would be bad. If no power is there you have to trace backward the problem, ie fuses ect. I have replaced window regulators in my cl every few years. I am on the third in in 12 years of owning my CL.
