When I try to start the car, the dash lights dim and nothing seems to happen --- no usual starting motor sounds --- the car seems dead. If I continue to do so, in 5-10 seconds the car starts as if by magic and the dash lights now glow. My battery charger shows that the battery is fully charged. What do I need to fix or replace to get back my normal starting process?
