Problem when switchings gears(manual transmission)

Hello, So yesterday I was exiting the high. I brought it down to 5th gear then had to Brake really hard all of a sudden but I didn't press down on the clutch so the vehicle stalled out. but right before it stalled out there was a really hard grinding sound. So now I restarted the car and when turning it on it sounded fine put when I when to pull off the car sounded rough and while switching the gears there is now a clunking noise. So I was wondering what could possibly be the problem. Also ever since that happen I can now put the car into gear without pushing in the clutch. I also have to now rev the car higher just to get it not to stall out 2012 Hyundai Genesis coupe 2.0T Rspec
