We just got the van yesterday, and the guy told us that he has no idea why, but the power windows are not working. We were hoping it was a fuse. The power works on the mirrows and locks, but windows, nope, no up and down. Any idea how this can be fixed and what we should do?

check the switches for the windows first i believe you can substitute the lock swiches to see if the motors work , then you will know wether to change the switches or the motors.
