Power Window Problems

What is your question?

I bought the car 3 1/2 years ago with 1 of the passenger side rear power window non-functional, in the fully closed. A year ago the front driver's power window mechanism broke and I repaired it. Today the rear driver's side power window broke, but in an open position. Is this to be expected?
