The power steering pump is leaking at the pulley. When the engine is running, the pulley is slinging the fluid out of the system. The pump is in need of replacement.
Its leaking somewhere and squirting fluid all by my battery area and steering pump area making an oily irritating mess I keep cleaning up
Leak in power steering; temporarily fixed with fluid that fixes leaks. Will need to address.
