My rear lift gate won't 0pen automatically,I have to open lift gate manuallywhat's solutions .
I have a 2008 Escalade ESV and my passenger locks do not unlock all the time. Is it a fuse or actuator? How difficult is it to do it myself? I'm far from a mechanic.
The door locks intermittently lock with key fob and sometimes do not unlock. It's very random. If you lock them all by hand, a different door or doors will unlock with the key fob.
Driver side door lock does not work with remote or electronically inside vehicle. Also heated and cooled seats went out the same time. Dealers says it's over $1000 to repair these. BS!
I also replaced the battery and shorly there after the rear door would not open. Then the front driver door would not lock. I have to go around the vec. to check all doors. What piece of CR__P. Wont ever buy a cadilac again
I have to change the handle lefth rear side becouse the power door lock actuators fail and try to open the door pulling hard ..
Now I have to change the power door Actuators motor not only for left rear door the righ rear door something I have to change it to
I tried to unlock the driver's door with my key, but it was very weak and would not unlock. Every other door unlocked except the driver's door. I have yet to fix it.
My driver and driver side back door will not unlock or lock with remote. Very frustrating! This isn't a problem that should be happening with out being part of a recall and Cadillac fixing for free. I'm being quoted a ridiculous price to have them fixed. This is the first Cadillac I've owned and reminds me why I prefer Nissans. Never had ANY electrical problems or ANY problems for that matter with my Nissans and I've owned 18 Nissans; some older and some newer. This is NOT luxury! #JUNK
