Overheating problem

Hello, the first thing I think about is that after you replace so many components of the cooling system, you need to make sure that any and all air is purged from the cooling system. If not, you will get air pockets bubbling up and boiling over, and it can seem like it is overheating. What "still says it's overheating"? The gauge?
