If the over drive light is flashing there is a transmission problem that needs to be looked into. Check the fluid level first and after that have a checked out by someone knowledgeable with Toyotas or a transmission specialty shop. The Cressida transmission is a good durable transmission.

when it s blinking it indicates transmission problem.it is the check-engine light for the tranmission.trans shop can pinpoint specific problem.mine went away after i disconnected battery cables
