Just replaced oil pan seal and oil is still dripping off of the front of the oil pan. Didn't put goop at the four corners of the pan. Is this necessary?

If there is still a leak you will need to clean of the area of the oil leak and inspect it closely. If the exact source of the leak can't be identified auto repair shops put florescent dye in the oil or use a smoke generating machine to pin point the source of the leak. Gaskets for oil pans, intake manifolds and valve covers often call for sealer at corners of the gasket, if they call for it it is necessary.
