oil leak ,harmonic balance

What is your question?

wanted to buy this car but after closer look found oil leak looks like crankshaft fly wheel is whobelihg they told me they would fix this harmonic balance replaced and new seal put on my big question is would this work or do you think this is somthing that would return and i should stay away from?
