    OBD-II Code High voltage control module failure is defined as a Hybrid Battery Negative Contactor Control Circuit Low

    The High Voltage Control Module uses relays to control proper operation of the high voltage system. If one or more of these relays is determined by the control module to be faulty, code P0ADF will be set.

    Common Problems That Trigger the P0ADF Code

    • Auxiliary 12V battery failure
    • High voltage control module failure
    • High voltage system relay failure
