    OBD-II Code High voltage control module failure is defined as a Hybrid Battery Temperature Sensor "C" Circuit High

    The hybrid battery pack uses multiple sensors to monitor the temperature of each battery cell. If one of the battery temperature sensors reports an implausible temperature, code P0ACD will set.If multiple sensors fail, the High Voltage System may be disabled.

    Common Problems That Trigger the P0ACD Code

    • Battery Control Module Failure
    • High voltage battery assembly failure
    • High voltage control module failure
